NATALIA FORSTER
Marketing powerhouse Natalia is reshaping how brands, leaders and individuals find their authentic voice.
The word ‘authentic’ is overused, but it’s probably the quality we need the most - and that’s where Natalia steps in. As the founder of VOICE, the world’s first business therapy lab, she guides brands, entrepreneurs and individuals to find and reconnect with their essence, and then turn this into their (business) superpower.
After years of driving both business and creative growth at global agencies like GUT, TBWA, W+K, McCann, Natalia developed the VOICE Essence Map Method (VEMM): a process that blends sharp business strategy with deep emotional insight. Since its launch, VOICE has become a phenomenon, capturing the zeitgeist and sparking a wave of conversations, collaborations and industry-wide reactions.
Natalia’s mission goes beyond branding. She’s passionate about helping people reclaim their essence and individuality in a world that often feels crowded with sameness. For her, it’s about honest and soulful leadership and giving others the confidence to use their own voice for change.
At the heart of everything she does is a belief that authenticity and essense matters more than anything and that the brands making the biggest impact are the ones brave enough to be genuine. Her work leaves people feeling seen, energised and equipped with the tools to create meaningful change - turning identity into impact, and story into strategy.
Oh, and she has seriously BIG plans for 2026, hit us up if you’re curious.
